How do I know if my business is eligible?
Use the CDAP grant assessment tool to determine if your business is eligible before applying.
The following types of businesses are ineligible:
• Canadian citizens, • permanent residents, or • refugees with the right to work in Canada.

Important highlights of eligible and ineligible costs in your digital adoption plan include:
• Plan cannot be used solely for website search optimization or redesign of existing site. • Hardware and related software which directly support ecommerce are eligible up to 20% of the purchase cost to a maximum of $480. • The grant cannot be used solely for SEO, Social Media Advertising or Digital Marketing. • All expenses must directly support Ecommerce.

Businesses can access funds to hire eligible youth between the ages of 18-30 and will receive a wage subsidy of up to $7,300.
Once your eligibility and application has been approved by ISED, you’ll have access to the Magnet platform, which you can use to share job opportunities with eligible youth across Canada.
The Magnet platform will also provide access to resources and learning material to help your business grow and scale digitally.
How many youth can I hire?
Businesses can access funds to hire eligible youth between the ages of 18-30 and will receive a wage subsidy of up to $7,300.Eligible businesses can hire one eligible youth when their digital adoption plan is approved.
